Peep vents are placed directly on top of the base of the cavity tray or at the front of the chimney tray/lintel.
Peep vents are installed when the wall is under construction and placed between the brick or block course vertically
Leave 10mm protruding from the front of the wall to direct moisture away from wall
Care should be taken to ensure the wall peep vent is kept clear of mortar and does not become blocked. This is particularly important at the back of the weep which could be blocked by
