Features & Benefits

Horizontal cavity trays are used at the abutment of a lean-to or mono pitch roof with a cavity wall.
Used on external walls with a maximum thickness of 102.5mm built from standard brickwork, blockwork or stonework with cavities widths of 50mm-125mm.
Manufactured with factory fitted lead flashing, cut ready for dressing into position.
Available unleaded for site fitting of lead.
The 150mm high back upstand exceeds minimum requirements.
Horizontal cavity trays are built into the outer leaf only to speed up installation and allow both inner and outer leafs to be built independently if required.
Trays are available in two lengths: 880mm for general use; 460mm to reduce waste when making up a run of cavity tray to the required length.
Complies with all relevant Building Regulations and standards.
Product consists of horizontal tray with sections joined together by means of a lapped joint, sealed with factory applied butyl mastic tape, to form the main cavity tray run. Handed stopends and internal and external corners complete the system.
