Features & Benefits
- Secure leadvent with appropriate fixings to ridge board or rafters through the holes provided. Ensure the ventilation strip is facing down toward the roof slope. If used with pan tiles apron flashing is essential to prevent driving rain entering the roof. Apron flashing is an optional extra that can be factory fitted upon request.
- Lead flashing from abutment wall should drape down over lead vent and hook into the cleats provides
- When installing Leadvent against abutment or on a roll ridge, roofing membrane must be left short at top of rafter to allow airflow into roofspace.
